Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, please ensure that:
- The product(s) are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on opened or partially consumed items.
Return Process
To begin your return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Receive Your RMA: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Back: Send your return using a trackable shipping method. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not covered.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Exceptions
Our refund policy does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product
