Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Opened or partially consumed items such as Polkadot Bars, Wyld THC Gummies, or Besos Disposables are not eligible for return
Return Process
1. Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, issue description, and relevant photos (for items like Ace Ultra Premium Disposables or GeekVape Aegis Devices).
2. Receive RMA
Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package
Include your invoice/order confirmation with the product (e.g., Mad Lab Carts, Raz Vape Purse, or WholeMelts Disposables). Clearly label the RMA number on the package.
4. Ship Back
Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
After receiving and verifying your return (whether a Besos Disposable, GeekVape Soul, or Whole Melt Carts), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is not covered.
Exchanges
Received a damaged or defective product such as a Polka Dot Chocolate Bar, Off Stamp Vape, or Ace Ultra 2g Disposable?

Exceptions
Our refund policy does not cover:
